A detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset and strong computer skills are essential. From West Chester, this position offers shop-floor interaction, purchasing responsibilities, and collaboration with suppliers to meet production timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 year degree or demonstrated experience in the field required.
• Strong computer proficiency and proficiency with common software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented administrative professional with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Purchasing experience; Netsuite or similar business system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and send to suppliers based on project needs.
• Track materials for multiple projects.
• Serve as a liaison between suppliers and EPS to schedule, procure, and expedite materials to hit production timelines.
• Work directly with suppliers to ensure costs and timely deliveries.
• Create and maintain documents to monitor and order material and track jobs in process.
• Assist Project Managers with the master schedule of shop work to maximize productivity.
