Patterson Companies Careers in Minnesota is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Customer Marketing team and help ensure delivery of high-quality creative projects aligning with the customer journey from awareness to purchase.
You will work with marketing, in-house creatives, channel partners, and agencies, using workflows to plan resources, track milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders. A strong attention to detail and collaboration are essential.
The Project Coordinator will support the Customer Marketing team and help ensure delivery of high-quality creative projects. This role will focus on customer facing marketing work that supports the customer buying journey starting from initial awareness of the Patterson Dental brand, to the evaluation of our products and services and finally taking action to make a purchase.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience, experience working with a project management/workflow tool and have a strong ability to leverage information and reports to assist in planning resources and timelines. The candidate should have a high attention to detail and strong people skills with an ability to coordinate multiple projects.
This role works closely with the marketing and in-house creative team along with key channel partners and third-party agencies. This role will oversee the workflow of customer facing marketing work such as campaigns that leverage multiple tactics/channels to sell sheet creation, video development and website projects. The work will start with a marketing brief to understand scope of work, key dates and channels through creative development, approvals and execution.

This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $23.17 - $30.13
