THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting a Downtown Minneapolis law firm by recruiting a Project Coordinator Assistant to support the Client Project Coordinator and Practice Group. The role focuses on project coordination, document management, client communications, and administrative support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of admin or project coordination experience, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail.

Project Coordinator Assistant – Onsite in Minneapolis, MNAre you an organized administrative professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing competing priorities, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment? Do you thrive on keeping teams organized, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional service?THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis law firm client with finding their next Project Coordinator Assistant to support a busy Client Project Coordinator and Practice Group team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, document management, client communication, and administrative support while working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.Essential Job Duties:Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Client Project Coordinator and Practice Group.Prepare, proofread, edit, and organize documents, reports, and client communications.Maintain project calendars, checklists, timelines, and documentation.Coordinate communications between clients and internal team members.Manage electronic files, project records, and confidential information.Track multiple projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents.Assist with document management, invoice processing, and special projects as needed.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years of administrative or project coordination experience within a professional services environment.Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience in a legal or other professional services environment.Experience with iManage, InTapp, or other document management systems.Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:Direct-hire opportunity with a respected Downtown Minneapolis law firm.Competitive salary ranging from $50,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, paid parental leave, disability, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and voluntary benefits.Full-time, onsite/hybrid position (4 days onsite and 1 day remote) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime as needed.TO APPLY:Please upload your resume along with your contact information and a brief cover letter.
