Robins Kaplan LLP in Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Administration in implementing office initiatives that boost firm performance and enhance guest and employee experiences.
The role follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days and one remote day weekly, coordinating events, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations across the Minneapolis office.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years’ service industry experience required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a customer service field desired. Prior legal industry experience preferred.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $30.76 - $33.33 per hour, depending on experience. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
