Chestnut Health Systems Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support research and project initiatives through Chestnut's Lighthouse Institute.

This role blends project coordination, training, communication, and documentation. You will help keep complex projects moving forward, develop training materials, coordinate activities, maintain records, support reporting, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex projects and creating training materials.
• Experience developing technical documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead trainer for assigned projects, plan sessions, develop materials, schedule trainings.
• Coordinate additional trainers or consultants as needed.
• Assist project managers with funding requirements, reports.
• Develop and update training materials, procedures, and manuals.
• Maintain detailed project files and tracking systems.
• Independently coordinate training and consultation activities with clients and staff.
• Oversee consultants supporting training, QA, data entry, outreach.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
