Job summary

NLP Logix, based in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Fall 2026 Project Coordinator Intern to join the Operations team onsite. Help keep projects on track, maintain documentation, and support communication with stakeholders during a 2026 internship.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with project management processes and AI-driven initiatives while working with project managers and technical experts. This role targets students in business administration, PM, or IS programs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A strong written and verbal communicator who works well with others.
• Dependable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• A problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
• Curious about AI, technology, and how data-driven projects move from planning through delivery.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Organize: Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Document & Track: Maintain project documentation, including schedules, project charters, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Communicate: Support project meetings, document key discussions and action items, and help ensure updates are shared with team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Tasks: Track project progress, monitor deadlines, identify potential delays, and help resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Risks: Assist in identifying project risks and issues and support the development and tracking of mitigation plans.
• Support Quality: Participate in project reviews and help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
• Learn & Grow: Apply classroom learning to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience with project management processes, tools, and AI-driven initiatives.
