Dibble is looking for a skillful and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Phoenix office Infrastructure Rehabilitation Team. SUMMARY

This role of Project Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and planning support to Project Managers on multiple projects during construction phase services. This person maintains project management reporting software, creates and updates project/client files and generates schedules and reports. Tracks project budgets and may assist in preparing client invoicing. Also assists with writing technical reports and document processing, technical memorandums, specifications, and meeting minutes. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Attend and generate meeting minutes.
  • Track project schedules.
  • Assist with project set-up.
  • Coordinate and organize project documents and records.
  • Understanding of client goals and direction of the project.
  • Assist managers with client and contractor communications.
  • Coordination between internal team members and external team with direction from Project Manager.
  • Assisting with various administrative duties.
  • Support change order management and estimates.
  • Data input to project progress tracking.
  • Review reports
  • Review contractor pay applications
  • Conformance with Dibble Engineering Quality Assurance Program.

Note: Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with the project team.
  • Ability to set priorities and complete duties in a timely manner.
  • Ability to create quality written documents.
  • Client service driven with a "can do" attitude.
  • A strong commitment to the Values and Mission of the Company.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office. Strong Excel and Word skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver's license or be able to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license within 3 months of start date.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years prior experience in a project coordination role.

LOCATION: This opportunity is in our Phoenix office location.

COMPENSATION: Based on level of skills and experience.
