Job description

Location: Remote (EST/CST Candidates Only)

Duration: Contract to direct/full-time hire

Compensation: $40/hr to $45/hr | Salary up to $90,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

About the Role:

We are seeking a sharp, accountable, and highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale initiative spanning 130 universities across 27 states. You’ll work closely with three Project Managers to ensure smooth execution of over 100 active deployments, acting as the connective tissue between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to three Project Managers including scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support.
• Attend project meetings as a note taker and observer, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Assist in strategic planning and deployment coordination across multiple universities.
• Monitor project progress in assigned regions, ensuring deployments are on track and stakeholders are aligned.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure all accounts are running smoothly.
• Manage and update project tracking tools such as Smartsheet and PowerPoint workbooks.
• Send out meeting recaps, track action items, and follow through on deliverables.
• Step in as a point of contact when PMs are double-booked or unavailable.
• Support vendor coordination and deployment logistics.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and general infrastructure knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
