Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in spend tracking, budgeting and forecasting in a hardware/R&D/manufacturing setting.
• Practical background in prompt engineering, AI agent development, or workflow automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams through quarterly and annual planning cycles with tailored analytical support.
• Audit budget and forecast submissions with internal tooling to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze forecast and spend data, translate variances into a narrative with drivers.
• Log action items from reviews, follow up with owners, and drive items to closure.
• Run and review the monthly accrual cycle against PO balances and receipts.
• Build recurring reports: weekly/monthly budget and forecast status, dashboards.
• Create reusable AI agents for recurring workflows to improve efficiency.
