Job summary

AM Glass Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team on on-site New York City glazing and architectural metal projects. You will drive accountability across multiple active projects, maintain Monday.com logs, and coordinate with drafting, fabrication, field operations, and finance to ensure milestones are met.

You will participate in PM meetings, manage action items, track submittals and schedules, and escalate blockers promptly.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating multiple active construction projects.
Ability to understand construction schedules, drawings, submittals, and shop drawings.
Strong working knowledge of Monday.com and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with construction billing and progress reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Attend bi-weekly Project Management meetings and maintain detailed, job-specific action lists.
Assign and track task owners, due dates, priorities, and completion status.
Follow up with Project Managers to confirm progress and commitments.
Identify missing information, outstanding responsibilities, and unresolved issues.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely project milestones and reporting.
Maintain project information in Monday.com and track submittals, drawings, procurement, and schedules.
Prepare concise project-status updates for the Head of Project Management.
