Job summary

Tournesol Siteworks, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the sales team and customers from a Jurupa Valley, CA or Port Orchard, WA facility. The role connects clients, production, accounting, and sales through timely information exchange via telephone, email, and CRM/ERP systems.

You will interact with landscape architects, designers, general contractors, and a national distributor network, traveling occasionally to other sites to ensure project success in every aspect.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional written/verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to think quickly, research and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Experience handling high call and email volumes daily.
• Regular attendance is critical.

Responsibilities

• Process product orders into ERP system (NetSuite).
• Update customer orders and track changes across platforms.
• Answer inbound calls and emails related to products or orders.
• Review orders with internal/external staff to confirm color/texture.
• Perform approval verification.
• Coordinate lead times with production groups.
• Coordinate customer payments with accounting.
• Track delivery and shipments of orders.
• Coordinate freight arrangements and delivery notifications.
• Investigate customer inquiries and provide resolutions using current information.
• Provide professional customer service and concise status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide backup support to team members.
