Job summary

Mann Wireless is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Northeast field operations. You will own project tracking, permitting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination for wireless infrastructure rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction or telecommunications.
• Experience with field service coordination and safety compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and data integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Track critical project milestones, manage local permitting and municipal licensing processes, and lead vendor/subcontractor onboarding.
• Financial & Cost Control: Own project purchasing and job costing, maintaining strict accuracy in project data and budgets.
• Estimating & Scoping: Independently develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for small-to-midsize assignments (surveys, system maintenance, field inspections); assist PMs on major project rollouts.
• Documentation & Closeout: Assemble closeout packages, survey reports, and technical documentation to keep field technicians and teams operating efficiently.
• Team & Brand Support: Mentor junior coordinators, represent Mann Wireless at local industry events, and assist with corporate team initiatives and company celebrations.

• Field Readiness: High school diploma (or equivalent); valid driver's license (for essential job-related site travel).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage client expectations and elevate field or safety concerns swiftly.
• Self-Starter Mindset: High personal standards for data integrity, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
