You will gather information from internal teams, track progress, and communicate with customers and partners to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business preferred but not required.
• Experience in project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and priorities with the Project Manager.
• Collect information from internal departments to monitor progress and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain organized project records, logs, and follow through on outstanding items.
• Assist with project documentation: shop drawings, submittals, material tracking, RFIs, change orders, deliveries.
• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
