Job summary

US Facade is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior Project Managers on complex facade projects. You will bridge design, fabrication, and installation, assisting with schedules, submittals, and field reporting while gaining hands-on experience.

You will coordinate materials, logistics, and CHANGE orders, and maintain drawings and logs. A bachelor’s in a related field and AutoCAD proficiency are required, with Chinese Mandarin fluency helping cross- team communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Project).
• Willingness to quickly learn Procore and Bluebeam.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction management or related roles.
• Familiarity with facade/curtain wall industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to meet deadlines and costs.
• Coordinate submittals; manage logs and approval statuses with architects, engineers, and fabricators.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and distribute revisions to design and site teams.
• Create and update project schedules; monitor milestones and flag delays.
• Support SOVs, monthly requisitions, and Change Orders tracking.
• Coordinate materials delivery and align with installation schedule.
• Perform site visits; document conditions and generate field reports/punch lists.
• Communicate with Site Supervisor and field personnel to ensure resources and drawings are available.
• Act as liaison to resolve RFIs between office and field.
