• Ability to interpret and comprehend technical blueprints, one lines and specifications

• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, layout drawings, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and other documentation as required by project needs.
• Creates and maintains project files and project logs (Submittal, Purchase Orders).
• Builds Schedules.
• Enforces Project Strategy Document.
• Prepares Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
• Distributes and maintains current drawings, specifications and product data.
• Promptly resolves issues with clients.
• Manages daily affairs to stay on budget and on schedule.
• Attends Project Management Meetings, Supervisory Trainings.

Summary:
Coordinates electrical construction projects; assists Project Manager with adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates. Manages data and material resources throughout the life of a project.
