Fred Hutch in Seattle is seeking a Project Coordinator for Donor Marketing. This hybrid position involves coordinating operational activities to enhance fundraising efforts and donor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in project coordination.

The Project Coordinator, Donor Marketing, is a member of the Experience & Engagement program and reports to the Program Director, Donor Marketing. The program is responsible for broad‑based fundraising, peer‑to‑peer programming, donor communications, donor marketing, and a robust pipeline of events. The Project Coordinator coordinates operational and administrative activities in support of revenue and program goals, working internally across programs and externally with donors to ensure best practices in fundraising and donor impact. The role supports marketing activities for planned giving, peer‑to‑peer initiatives, direct response, acquisition, stewardship, and events through a wide array of marketing channels.
Some travel and weekend or evening work may be required. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $80,172 to $109,470, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
