Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is looking for a Program Coordinator for Events in Seattle, WA. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of various fundraising events and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week at the campus.
This role is a member of the Experience & Engagement program and reports to the Executive Director, Events. The Program Coordinator manages the essential day‑to‑day administrative responsibilities of the team, supports the planning and production of a variety of large and complex cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising events throughout the year, and may also collaborate on the coordination of smaller events. Some travel, weekend and evening work may be required, and the position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week at the South Lake Union campus.
The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.26 to $44.51 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
