C.W. Driver Companies is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Coordinator to support project teams in the administration and management of construction projects. This role is responsible for planning, preparing, organizing, and maintaining critical project documentation while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the project team.
The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to help maintain accurate documentation, efficient communication, and timely completion of administrative processes. This position may include both field and office assignments, providing exposure to multiple phases of construction across a variety of complex projects.
Must be able to navigate active construction sites, including climbing permanent and temporary stairs and ladders and utilizing construction personnel hoists. The role may require standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and performing typical office and computer-related tasks. Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations will be made as necessary.
Work may be performed in both professional office and active construction site environments. Jobsite assignments may involve exposure to moving machinery, heights, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, electrical hazards, and other typical construction-related conditions. Noise levels may range from moderate to very loud, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when working on active construction sites.
