Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in all PM tasks including material handling, billing, change orders, document management, project cost adjustments, site access, process maturity.
• Track project progress and update project tracking systems.
• Attend meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
• Support the maintenance of a branch SharePoint with closeout documents for easy access by the Service team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Specialists to obtain necessary documents once the project is completed.
• Contribute to improving safety metrics.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including setting up necessary tools and software.
• Track monthly key performance indicators to ensure overall Project Team compliance.
