Job summary

Siemens is seeking a highly organized Associate Project Manager to support Project Managers and Operations Managers in Northern California. This full-time onsite role can be based in Fremont or Rancho Cordova, with light travel (10%).

Join our Smart Buildings team to help manage tasks from billing and change orders to document control, meeting minutes, and safety metrics. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, administration or management or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite/M365 Software/

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in all project management tasks, including material handling, billing, booking change orders, document management, project cost adjustments, site access, process maturity.
• Track project progress and update project tracking systems.
• Attend meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes.
• Support the maintenance of a branch SharePoint with closeout documents for easy access by the Service team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Specialists to obtain necessary documents once the project is completed.
• Contribute to improving safety metrics.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including setting up necessary tools and software.
• Track monthly key performance indicators to ensure overall Project Team compliance.
