Job summary

Qualifications

• Project coordination, admin support, customer support, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, compliance, or technology initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FedRAMP 20x, and DoW CC SRG a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, notes, decisions, and follow-up items.
• Track deliverables, milestones, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Maintain organized project documentation and accessible information.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Support Agile activities including backlog tracking, sprint planning support, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Use AI-assisted productivity tools for summaries, action lists, reports, and communications.
