Job summary

RANDALL Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated Administrative Project Coordinator to support the management and execution of a multi-million-dollar electrical construction project along the Space Coast from our Titusville office.

You will assist senior project managers with day-to-day administrative operations, maintain schedules, documentation, and deliverables, and coordinate timesheets, purchasing, and safety records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Background check and drug screening mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.
  • Badging as needed, generating and track material purchase orders, maintain safety certification records for all jobsite manpower.
  • Coordinate the collection and timely submission of weekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
  • Support project managers by maintaining project schedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, progress, and budget allocations, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
  • Prepare reports and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project filing systems, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate logistics for project meetings, site visits, and team activities.
  • Assist with risk management documentation and compliance reporting.

PositionSummary:

Physical Requirements:
