Job summary

RANDALL is seeking a motivated Administrative Project Coordinator to support the management and execution of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our Titusville office. You will assist senior project managers with day-to-day project administrative operations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting is preferred.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Internship or administrative experience in project coordination or construction/engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.
  • Badgeing as needed; generate and track material purchase orders; maintain safety certification records for all jobsite personnel.
  • Coordinate collection and timely submission of weekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
  • Support project managers by maintaining project schedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
  • Track milestones, progress, and budget allocations; ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare reports and meeting materials for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project filing systems, records, and databases with confidentiality.
  • Communicate with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure workflow.
  • Coordinate logistics for project meetings, site visits, and team activities.
  • Assist with risk management documentation and compliance reporting.

Randall Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and career-driven Project Coordinator / Administrative to support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our office in Titusville. Experience in Commercial Construction / Electrical projects is required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of a multi-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to grow in the field of construction project coordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day project administrative operations.

Essential Functions
  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
