Department: Access Center

Location: 1500 Market St, Philadelphia, PA

Hours: Full-Time

Summary:

  • This Project Coordinator supports the Department in performing the project management, reporting and data collection, administrative support & dissemination duties essential to improving practice performance on quality and productivity for the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting, data collection and information distribution on projects integral to sustaining quality improvement (QI) initiatives
  • Manages meeting scheduling, organization and preparation
  • Identifies areas of opportunity and manages efficiencies around communication dissemination
  • Coordinates strategic efforts in collaboration with Primary Care leaders in meeting needs of our population
  • Works with data analyst to maintain and develop monthly reports of key elements needed for the projects and feedback to the practice on progress
  • Coordinate process improvement projects and provide implementation support to management teams
  • Provide project management support for the department
  • Responsible for project coordination associated with the departments value based programs
  • Maintains and monitors communication distribution lists for effective communication strategies

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) OR 5+ years Healthcare or Call center experience (Years of Experience can replace degree)
  • Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)
