Job summary

Valcourt is seeking a dependable Construction Project Coordinator in Tampa, FL to create and update AIA forms, invoicing documents, and other project files. You will download, organize, and distribute bid documents for the estimating team, while maintaining spreadsheets and logs for the project.

You will assist with accounts receivable and daily tasks for owners, project managers, and accounting, ensuring accurate, timely support across project operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction experience in or around construction.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle several tasks at once.
• Familiarity with AIA invoicing and financial reconciliations.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well organized.
