LHH Technology is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business-focused technology projects. These initiatives span Salesforce, ERP systems, infrastructure, system integrations, and custom web applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing both simple and complex projects that enable business transformation.

This is a hybrid role. Three days a week on-site in South Orange County, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycles for Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, integration, and web application initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, documentation, and progress reports.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality standards are met and oversee QA testing.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with other project managers to share knowledge and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise technology rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), IT infrastructure, and custom web development.
• Familiarity with integration tools and strategies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Administrator, Consultant).
• PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience across Salesforce, ERP, infrastructure, and custom applications.
• Proven success with Agile methodologies and change management.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional business and IT projects.
• Strong understanding of business process design and technical requirements gathering.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Salary range: $150k to $180k annually.
