One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their dynamic team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and analytics, to ensure the effective and timely delivery for their projects. The Project Coordinator will consolidate project views, update/manage status, and work with teams executing on these projects.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $38 - $45 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for consolidating project views, managing status updates, and working closely with teams to execute project plans. The Project Coordinator will have a passion for creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation related to project plans and outcomes is essential. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will have experience with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft, and Google suites that will help identify opportunities for improvement within projects.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Google Docs/Sheets).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
