Job summary

Us Tech Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a contract Program Coordinator to support engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning and status reporting for a 12-month engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute program deliverables, and you will be accountable for collecting inputs and ordering hardware while monitoring delivery schedules.

Candidates should have experience with SOC/system validation, JIRA, Power BI, Confluence and MS Project,

• Bachelors in business or engineering with 1+ years related experience.
• Experience in client PC/server design and validation; OS testing tools and failure tracking.
• Experience in SOC/System organization.

Job description

$30-$35 per hour

AUSTIN, TX

Contract

Duration: 12 months

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering teams on project tracking, scheduling, budget planning, and status reporting.
• Work closely with cross functional teams on the planning and execution of program deliverables.
• Accountable for collecting inputs & ordering project hardware including boards, CPU's, & misc system items used in validation, monitoring the delivery schedule and managing allocations.
• Responsible for lab management including ordering supplies, maintaining & tracking board, materials, & equipment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in client PC or server system design and validation; OS based testing tools and environments; and failure resolution and tracking.
• Experience working in SOC/System organization.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, MS Project.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Advanced skills (pivot tables, reports) with Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.

Academic Credentials:

• Bachelors in business or engineering & 1+ years related experience.
