Pace Labs is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project management and serve as a liaison between project management, logistics, and clients. This role offers a path to progression to a Project Coordinator 2 or Team Lead.

Responsibilities include organizing client requests, maintaining databases, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure project success in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associates degree or higher is a plus but not required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Organize client requests and project documents.
• Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client.
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs.
• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, considering applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to evolving business needs.
