Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to support project management and act as a liaison between project management, logistics, and clients. The role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Team lead.

Responsibilities include organizing client requests, maintaining project databases, directing client communications, and scheduling orders based on sampling needs.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry.
• Associates degree or higher is a plus but not required.

• Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
• Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
• Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Required Background/Experience:
