Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Project Coordinator-style candidate to support branch growth through inside sales and customer support. You will assist sales teams, provide technical guidance to customers, and help schedule deliveries while ensuring client needs are met.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Training and cross-functional collaboration are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that customer needs are met, including both sales and support.
• Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.
