Project Coordinator responsibilities include reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Performing various coordinating tasks, including scheduling and risk management, maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries, coordinating monthly project view meetings. To succeed in this role, the desired candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, Higher education familiarity. The desired candidate will be required to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Failure to maintain bona fide District residency for the 7-year period will result in forfeiture of employment.
