SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to work closely with our Project Managers. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, clarify requirements, manage details, and keep projects moving from start to finish.

You’ll organize workload, support the team, and demonstrate self‑motivation, attention to detail, and strong customer service in a fast‑paced office setting. Prior estimating software knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
• Mitigation/insurance industry experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
• Advanced Structure Industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight, including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Project Managers and act as the main point of contact for customers—clarifying requirements, managing project details, and keeping everything moving.
