Job summary

Servpro of Vacaville is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator. You will partner closely with our Project Managers and act as the main point of contact for customers—clarifying requirements, managing project details, and keeping everything moving. You’ll also help organize the workload and support the broader team.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong on customer service? This is the role for you.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of office-related experience.
Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
Mitigation/insurance industry experience preferred.
Construction industry experience preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
Advanced Structure Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audits, and work-in-progress.
Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
Review and validate job site documentation.
Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
