Job summary

Servpro of Vacaville is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to partner with Project Managers, serve as the main contact for customers, clarify requirements, and manage project details from start to finish.

In this fast-paced office-based role, you will organize workloads, monitor progress, review site documentation, and support multiple projects daily. Strong multitasking and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of office-related experience.
• Xactimate estimating software experience preferred.
• Mitigation/insurance industry experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience preferred.
• Advanced Structure Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Project Managers and act as the main point of contact for customers—clarifying requirements, managing project details, and keeping everything moving. You’ll also help organize the workload and support the broader team. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong on customer service? This is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
