Job description

Would you like to take on a new role in project administration and office support that provides a great opportunity to enter the medical communications industry?

Oxford PharmaGenesis is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the USA. This role is ideal for someone interested in science and eager to assist our clients in bringing new treatments to unmet medical needs.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support a talented project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget. Responsibilities include developing scientific publications, designing and delivering virtual and in-person meetings, podcasts, online training, and preparing materials for congresses, with a focus on oncology publications.

We encourage and support your learning and development, helping you achieve more than you thought possible. Together, we will accomplish great things.

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator who has:
  • Understanding of project management processes and lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire to interact with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and good numeracy skills
  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

This is a remote position open to anyone currently residing in the USA with the right to work there.
