Join a Leading Building Code and Zoning Law Firm as an Associate Project Coordinator or Project Coordinator!
We are a top-tier firm specializing in building code and zoning law, seeking talented Associate Project Coordinators and Project Coordinators to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, primarily remote opportunity where you will collaborate with clients and the Department of Buildings (DOB) to secure approvals, permits, and sign-offs. If you have experience in DOBNOW, are highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate a high volume of projects efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering emails and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Utilize DOBNOW to support project needs, including approvals and permits
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring all projects are completed on time
- Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all tasks
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (administration, project coordination, or customer service preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities to handle diverse projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Familiarity with Windows Applications, PDFs, and Microsoft programs (including SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with NYC building codes, zoning laws, and/or expediting (preferred but not required)
- Class 1 or Class 2 DOB ID (preferred but not required)

Compensation:
Annual salary range: $45k-$55k + overtime and bonuses, commensurate with experience.
