Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Project/Technology Management, or related.
  • 5+ years of planning, coordinating, and managing complex projects for government missions or equivalent.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Knowledge management with SharePoint/Teams or similar tools.
  • Advanced reporting and briefing skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced project operations support with updates to program documentation, reporting, and cost/schedule/performance tracking.
  • Coordinate high-stakes meetings, agendas, action items, and minutes for distribution.
  • Consolidate inputs to deliver complex program deliverables and risk reporting to leadership.
  • Manage TDY/PCS logistics to OCONUS, including visas and housing arrangements.
  • Coordinate and track travel, travel authorizations, and site Visit Requests.
  • Coordinate procurement requests and processing through approved systems.
  • Mentor junior coordinators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement advanced PM strategies to ensure project success.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our mission-critical projects in the field of counter-manned systems (C-UxS) under a large Department of Defense (DoD) contract. This position demands a professional with extensive project management experience, in-depth knowledge of related duties, and the ability to drive project success through meticulous planning and execution. If you are a seasoned project coordinator with a proven track record, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities:Provide advanced project operations support, including comprehensive updates to CACI and customer program documentation, detailed reporting, and rigorous tracking of cost, schedule, and performance program parameters.Coordinate and facilitate high-stakes meetings, ensuring precise agendas, thorough documentation of action items, and professional compilation of meeting minutes for distribution.Create and consolidate complex inputs to deliver superior program/project deliverables, reporting intricate trends, anticipated issues, and sophisticated programmatic risks to senior management and teammates.Facilitate the completion and tracking of intricate requirements for personnel traveling TDY (Temporary Duty) or PCS (Permanent Change of Station) to OCONUS locations, including intricate visa, work/residency permit, and housing arrangements.Coordinate and track sophisticated short-term travel of team members to CONUS and OCONUS locations, managing detailed travel authorization requests, securing customer approvals, sending precise Visit Requests to sites, and reviewing comprehensive Trip Reports.Coordinate and track intricate purchase requests for a wide variety of equipment, material, and services to support mission objectives, ensuring meticulous customer approval and following through on procurement processes via direct purchase or using CACI-established systems/processes to complete purchase orders.Mentor and provide advanced guidance to junior project coordinators and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Develop and implement advanced project management strategies and methodologies to ensure project success.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Project/Technology Management, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and managing complex projects that provide mission capability to the government or a combination of relevant skills, education, and experience.Proven experience in stakeholder/customer management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge and mastery of Knowledge Management functions through SharePoint, TEAMs, and/or similar collaboration tools.Advanced proficiency in developing comprehensive reports and briefings to support management decision-making using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI eligibility.Desired:Exceptional communication and engagement skills with senior members of government, industry, and academia.Extensive experience with CACI internal processes, tools, and procedures.Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes.-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
