SUMMARY: As a Project Coordinator, you report to the Project Manager. The responsibility of the Coordinator is to work with the Project Executive and the PM on the project in an Administrative position to support and facilitate reporting, processing of financials, and provide document control management. The Project Coordinator handles various coordinating tasks such as meeting agendas and minutes, filing, transcribing, and clerical support.
The Project Coordinator has a multitude of responsibilities, some of which include:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Construction Management or Business-related field. 5+ years of construction administration experience in lieu of a degree. 1-3 years’ experience working commercial construction projects is desirable.
