Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of the Engineering 2.0 strategic initiative by managing projects, communications, and events that drive alignment across Technology Relations and Global Technology functions. This role is responsible for coordinating timelines, facilitating cross‑functional collaboration, and providing senior leaders with timely updates. The position runs through February 2026 and is a full‑time contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Delivery (30%): Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Technology Relations objectives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration (20%): Identify and implement new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations goals across multiple functions, leveraging collaboration to drive results.
  • Strategic Communications (20%): Develop and deploy key messages and FAQs for Global Technology, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across communications channels.
  • Knowledge & Calendar Management (15%): Own the creation and maintenance of functional calendars and knowledge repositories to enhance team coordination and information sharing.
  • Playbooks & Training Materials (15%): Develop, uplift, and maintain playbooks documenting key areas of expertise for internal training and external knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as a self‑starter while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Preferred Experience
  • Event planning and coordination background
  • Prior experience supporting strategic technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with executive‑level reporting and stakeholder engagement
