Job summary

Parcome is seeking a motivated Sales Support & Project Coordinator to join our New York team. This role supports the Sales team, manages samples and presentations, and tracks projects from development through delivery. Experience with luxury packaging is a plus.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales support or project coordination, are highly organized, proactive, and excel at communication. You will collaborate with our sales team and local vendors to keep projects on schedule and exceed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service, or production.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with client requests and day-to-day project follow-up.
• Prepare and ship samples, swatches, catalogs, and presentations.
• Track projects from development and sampling through production and delivery.
• Coordinate directly with local vendors on quotes, samples, timing, and production.
• Manage reorders, inventory reporting, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Accounting.
• Help solve problems and keep projects moving on time.

Parcome is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Support & Project Coordinator to join our New York team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is organized, proactive, and excited to work with leading brands across luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, and jewelry.

You’ll work closely with our Sales team while also taking ownership of projects produced with our local vendor network.

What you’ll do

• Support the Sales team with client requests and day-to-day project follow-up
• Prepare and ship samples, swatches, catalogs, and presentations
• Track projects from development and sampling through production and delivery
• Coordinate directly with local vendors on quotes, samples, timing, and production
