Qualifications

  • Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, but also to work independently when needed to achieve goals
  • Ability to travel to sites within Westchester County, NY

  • Coordinate project activities for a multi-site school project.
  • Assist in developing evaluation materials, coordinating school site activities, and ensuring that the evaluation and all data collection is conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor project activities and ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
  • Assist in data management and analysis and in writing reports to fulfill grant requirements, including tracking and documenting project activities and evaluation data and outcomes.
  • Travel to project sites as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Partnership to End Addiction is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to work on a multisite project aimed at preventing and addressing co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders among youth in school and community sites in Westchester County, NY, and potentially other regions of New York and the United States.

The position requires working within a multidisciplinary team, helping to design, implement, and evaluate youth- and community-based prevention curricula and programming aimed at reducing and addressing the risk of co-occurring disorders among young people.

This position is funded at least through August 2027. Duration of employment is limited to the duration of funding, which may have the option for extension beyond that date.

This is a hybrid role. The project coordinator will work in the New York City office as needed and at the request of their supervisor, the CEO & President, and/or the Executive Vice President. Applicants must live in NY, NJ, PA, or CT and within 150 miles of our New York City office.
