Job summary

Partnership to End Addiction is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support a multisite initiative in Westchester County, NY, and beyond, focusing on preventing co-occurring substance use and mental health issues among youth.

The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate prevention curricula, monitor grant requirements, and ensure timely data collection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant social science or public health field.
• On-the-ground experience implementing and evaluating prevention programming in schools and communities.
• Subject matter expertise in prevention science and programming and in substance use and mental health disorder prevention and intervention.
• Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to sites within Westchester County, NY.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reflect the mission and values of the organization.
• Proactively coordinate and collaborate with colleagues to fulfill mission and objectives of the job.
• Coordinate project activities for a multi-site school project.
• Assist in developing evaluation materials, coordinating school site activities, and ensuring that the evaluation and all data collection is conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor project activities and ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in data management and analysis and in writing reports to fulfill grant requirements, including tracking and documenting project activities and evaluation data and outcomes.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
