HD Fowler Company is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Missoula, Montana branch. You will manage multiple customer projects and serve as a liaison between the Branch Manager, Project Managers, and customers.

Responsibilities include taking off and pricing quotes, handling private/public estimating, and ensuring timely project communications. The role supports branch sales and may involve estimating and operations duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication with both internal and external customers.
• Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to execute timely communication to customers when estimating and running projects.
• Successful at managing multiple projects at once while maintaining duties at the counter.
• Experience in underground utilities or related industry is a plus.
• Customer service or sales background with computer and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform take offs and price quotes while maintaining organized and thorough documentation.
• Take on private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects.
• Communicate discrepancies on HDF quotation and provide freight/lead time notes.
• Process returns promptly with clear explanations to mitigate credits.
• Attend pre-construction meetings regularly.
• Assist in developing Inside Sales employees and address branch weaknesses with the Branch Manager.

<p>HD Fowler Company is looking for a ϋ>Project Coordinator</b> to join the team at our Missoula, Montana branch location. You will manage aspects of multiple customer project and act as a liaison between Branch Manager, Project Managers and customers. You will report to the Branch Manager on facility related matters which may include backup responsibilities for Project Manager or Outside Sales staff, assisting with branch customer service needs, and/or estimating work.</p> <h3>What You Will Do</h3> <ul> <li>Perform take offs and price quotes while maintaining organized and thorough documentation</li> <li>Take on private, public, and light mechanical estimating projects</li> <li>Communicate discrepancies on HDF quotation in the appropriate manner while also providing good cover letter notes explaining freight and lead times</li> <li>Returns on projects are processed in a timely fashion with thorough explanation (internally and externally) and works towards credit mitigation</li> <li>Attend pre-construction meetings on a regular basis</li> <li>Assist in developing Inside Sales employees, while taking the time to seek out possible branch weaknesses, then work on ways to correct issues with the Branch Manager</li> </ul> <h3>Who We Are Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>Excellent written and oral communication with both internal and external customers</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting project targets and timelines.
