Position Overview

HD Fowler Company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Bellevue, Washington branch. The role oversees all warehouse operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, safety and customer service.

What you will do

• Provide primary oversight of daily warehouse tasks including staffing, employee relations, scheduling, and supervision.
• Manage inventory and conduct root cause analysis of inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety rules and uphold housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide excellent internal/external customer service.
• Work hands‑on in the warehouse.
• Mentor and train warehouse staff, and assist customers with products and order‑writing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in warehouse operations and management, preferably in waterworks, irrigation, pumps, or construction industries.
• Experience in inside sales and estimation within the underground utilities industry preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT vehicle operation standards.
• Ability to obtain necessary OSHA certifications in lift operations (strong preference).
• Knowledge of our order‑writing process, products, and training.
• Ability to coordinate, motivate, manage, and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership skills strongly preferred.
• Competitive, self‑starter with strong teamwork, career drive, and staff development focus.
• Highly organized multitasker with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
