Job summary

Remilia Corporation, a creative technology studio in Irvine, seeks a project coordinator to own the meeting infrastructure across workstreams and drive progress between engineering, product and marketing teams. You will set agendas, run sessions, and produce notes that convert into tracked commitments across the Irvine HQ and Seoul studio.

You will manage communications on leadership's behalf, chasing owners, surfacing blockers, and ensuring decisions are captured and followed up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in startup, agency, production, or studio environments.
• Structured project-management experience with agendas, notes, owners and deadlines.
• Experience recovering stalled projects and driving momentum.
• Experience drafting professional correspondence to clients or leadership.
• Ability to produce detailed meeting documentation for action without follow-up.
• Enough technical literacy to follow product and engineering discussions.
• Availability for irregular hours across US–Korea time zones.

Overview

Remilia Corporation is a creative technology studio headquartered in Irvine, California, with a satellite studio in Seoul. Our core project is a social platform in development; around it we run fashion, publications, and cultural events with independent artists across the US and Asia. This role runs the project coordination working closely with leadership to facilitate cross-team coordination. You'll own the meeting infrastructure across workstreams—setting agendas, running the sessions, producing notes that convert into tracked commitments—and drive progress between meetings: chasing owners, surfacing blockers before they cost a week, keeping decisions from evaporating, and moving context between the engineering, product and marketing teams, across both the Irvine HQ and the Seoul studio, and external collaborators. You'll act as a bridge for communications on the principal's behalf to all of them. The job is holding the operating picture of a multidisciplinary company and keeping it moving; the return, beyond salary, is the fastest available education in how one runs.

You have

• 3+ years in a startup, agency, production, or studio environment
• Structured project-management experience: you\'ve run meetings with agendas, produced notes that assign owners and deadlines, and tracked work to completion
• Experience recovering a project that had stalled: identifying what was actually blocking it, getting the right person to act, and following through until it moved
• Experience drafting professional correspondence to clients, partners, or leadership
• Ability to produce detailed meeting documentation that someone absent could act on without follow-up questions
• Enough technical literacy to follow product and engineering discussions and track their commitments
• Availability for irregular hours across US–Korea time zones

Bonus

Experience with Linear or similar project-management tooling; cross-functional/scrum software development; product/design systems.

Compensation

Base salary $70K–$135K plus equity grants, depending on level assessment. Generous PTO, health insurance, lifestyle stipends. Embedded with leadership across all technical, creative, and business operations, with access to our global network of artists, designers, and cultural projects.
