Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, event planning, or a related field At least one year of experience planning events, programs, campus activities, orientation programming, hospitality, customer service operations, or a related field Excellent communication skills strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills, and the ability to represent the university in a professional and positive manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including demonstrated proficiency in Excel Must be available to work some evenings and weekend
