Job summary

RW Dake Construction, an ESOP employee-owned general contractor, is seeking a motivated individual to support its Texas Project Management Team. You will assist with project setup in accounting and construction management software, help manage drawings, commitments, scheduling, and communications, and contribute to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, tracking receipts, learning billing processes, and maintaining orderly project

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs in accounting/construction management systems; upload drawings and file commitments.
• Distribute company literature to field employees.
• Assist PM with planning, communication, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate project inventory.
• Track and enter receipts from the field.
• Learn billing processes, pay apps, and lien waivers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Schedule and attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relations and communication.

About the Role:

The candidate will provide support to the Texas Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

These responsibilities/functions may include but are not limited to the following:

• Job setups in accounting and construction management applications including uploading drawings and filing commitments
• Assist in distributing company literature to field employees
• Assist Project Management with planning, communicating, and scheduling
• Assist Project Management with maintaining accurate inventory as it relates to construction projects
• Track and enter receipts from field.
• Learn and understand the billing process, pay applications and lien waivers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Schedule and attend meetings as needed
• Learn and understand the importance of effective communication
• Learn and understand the importance of customer relations
• Review time entries to ensure accuracy
• Any other tasks needed within the department
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
