  • Monitor project budgets and support financial tracking.
  • Maintain project documentation and workflow records in Workfront and related tools.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Support campaign launch readiness and post-launch monitoring activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting marketing, digital, customer experience, or campaign execution initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or procurement processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, or related certification.
