Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Project Coordinator in Houston to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, create and manage project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Content, Media, and more.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project. On-site at our Houston office, you will help ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to execution excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to timelines and quality standards.
  • Support campaign launch readiness and post-launch monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign execution
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on execution excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting marketing, digital, customer experience, or campaign execution initiatives.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or procurement processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, or related certification.
